I beleive the LDOA and the Legless Survivor are mutually exclusive, its either one or the other (Although LDOA is safer and more reliable to do even though it isnt anywhere near faster).

Exactly. LDoA and Survivor are mutually exclusive titles. You can't get both. So pick which one you want more.

Forget survivor in Pre not possible !!!!!! when u death level you die and to get to 20 you must death level.

ahh but it is possible!!!!! I have an idea

..... pair up a 2nd account to death level the creature keep your 1st account out of aggro then kill it with your main and 2nd account, but alas it would take twice as long to do this because you split the xp

That wont work, because the Charr wont be gettign enough XP from killing your partner only once. That way you can only level up to a certain point and then no further.

I could be mistaken, but don't you only have a rez sig in Pre? You could only rez said teammate once.

As a recent LDoA achiever let me tell you one thing. Forget the bold part. Eliminate that from your mind. It never was, never is, and never will be any sort of fast.

I'm don't know if those are excessive numbers or conservative, but all I know is it took a LONG time. I took lots of (month+) breaks, including creating the character and not playing him for half a year. So the age is a little skewed if you look at the months, but the hours are all toward LDoA.

As for tips: I'm sure you know not to accept ANY quests, save the first couple of primary quests and the rez sig if you feel it's necessary. Aside from those DO NOT DO. It helps so much once you finally hit level 19.

I also had a secondary account that I would use to help me set up my death levels. When I first started setting them up it took near a half hour, and after a while on average it was about 16-20 minutes. With my secondary account I could get it in 10, consistently.

Aside from that tho, there's not much more that isn't pretty self explanatory. Kill Charr to level 16, let charr kill you to level 19, cash in quests, do one or two more DLs and bam! LDoA.

It was possible to get both LS and LDOA at one point due to the guild hall glitch and the resulting presence of a few monk tomes in presearing. There were one or two guys who managed to get both LS and LDOA by using a second account and a hard res (I can't even imagine the time and boredom it took to accomplish this), but these people have either subsequently been banned for exploiting the glitch/exploit or it was requested that they delete their chars that had both titles. All others who had presearing monk tomes were asked to take their chars to post asap.

The charr would only get exp for killing the pet the first time, so it still wouldn't work. The only way to legally attain LDOA is to death level.

Their was another glitch that was fixed, that got people both LDoA and Survivor, It involved the necromancer quest where you place the candles and when you accepted quest reward and your inventory was full you would get the exp but be able to re turn in quest for quest reward.

People have been doing this for years, and have already exhausted ever possible option to get both titles on one character.

And then every few days, a new player comes up with an obvious idea which he thinks is brilliant, and is promptly shot down by an entire community who have seen these theories a thousand times already, and squash them by reflex.

Unless you find a glitch or an exploit that seriously screws with the game, there is absolutely no way to get both titles. Period. And if you do find such a glitch, I would not recommend using it.

Nor would I. According to rumors, a couple of people were banned for using exploits to attain both LDOA and survivor.

In a nutshell, there is no legitimate way of gaining LDoA and LS on one character. Anyone found to have both titles is looking at a ban.
